When Wells Fargo refused to appear before my Senate Banking & Financial Institutions panel to answer questions about their scandal, they reminded me of another bad corporate actor: Enron, the last corporation that refused to testify at a Legislative committee. Wells Fargo must come clean about the system they fostered for cheating customers. I wrote about this in today's San Francisco Chronicle.
