Sen. Steve Glazer unveiled his “California Promise” legislation, SB 1450, at California State University, Sacramento on Feb. 22.

It provides a new pathway to students who want to graduate in four years, including a tuition freeze, priority legislation and academic advising. Students would have to maintain a C average while taking 15 units per semester.
