SACRAMENTO – The Senate Elections & Constitutional Amendment Committee is holding an oversight hearing Tuesday, November 28, on the CAL-ACCESS Replacement System.  At the hearing, the committee will hear from Secretary of State Shirley Weber and stakeholders on the failure to replace the current system as mandated by legislation passed in 2016.
